Special General Meeting 22nd January @ 7pm

A notice has been sent to all the members regarding a Special Meeting to be held at the Matamata Bridge Club on Thursday the 22nd January at 7pm.

The meeting has been called because due to a number of resignations from the committee, they do not currently have a quorum to administer the bridge club. According to the constitution, a Special General Meeting must be held to ask for new nominations from members to fill the vacancies but also gives everybody a chance to ask questions and discuss any issues to ensure the future of the bridge club.

Further details and the agenda will be forthcoming but in the interim save the date as it is important to get as many members to participate as possible.

In the interim - the club will be operating as normal with social Summer Bridge occurring on Mondays and Wednesdays at 1pm. Hope to see you there!
